im new to this forum and i have a question regarding aos, i didnt hire a lawyer we did it all by our self, i already have my EAd with advance parole, but i dont know why i still dont have a notice for interview? i got an RFE last may 15 and i already repond to it last June 10 and they receieve it last june 11. and they said it was been sent to nbc, but still right now i dont have a notice for interview and i dont know what to do?
pls. help.

3/23/2012 (Day 1) - Delivered to USCIS.
3/27/2012 (Day 5) - E-Notification that paperwork received.
3/28/2012 (Day 6) - One check for $1,490 cashed & cleared for I-130 and I-485.
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - NOA hard copies received (x3), case status available online & bio appt. also received, dated 04/12 @ 8:00 AM.
4/10/2012 (Day 19) - Case status online says changed to RFE received.
4/12/2012 (Day 21) - Successful biometric done.
5/11/2012 (Day 50) - Complete RFE (I-864) received. Case status online changed to RFE received.
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - Online case status says: Card/ Document Production.
5/21/2012 (Day 60) - Online case status says: Card picked up by USPS.
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD card in hand.
6/12/2012 (Day 82) - Testing and Interview.
7/12/2012 (Day 112) - Interview date!
7/12/2012 (Day 112) - Approved.

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.
Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification
Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.
Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD

Feb 16- sent I-130 thats it because we didnt know you can send all together and during that time we dont have budget.
FEb. 23- Received notice on processed
March 9 - application transfered to vermont service center
--- one month nothing happen--
April 23- submitted form I-485, 765, 131
April 26 - NOA AOS
may 15 - biometric appointment for May 30
May 20- received RFE because i didnt submit my husband I-864 only from my joint sponsor and they need tax transcript.
June 8- respond to RFE
June 11- RFE response received and in NBC on processed
June 26 - got noticed for approval of EAD and AP
June 29 - EAd card on production
July 2- uscis mailed the EAD
July 6- got EAD and apply for Social security Number

we applied for marriage based green card. i overstayed my tourist visa.
Ok. Follow the thread I linked above because you're adjusting from a tourist visa.
Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.
Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification
Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.
Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD
