Being transferred to the California Service Centre (CSC) is kind of a double edged sword, on the one hand there is a strong likelihood that you wont be called for an interview. On the other hand, on the downside, your wait time from now to decision date will more than likely be much greater than if you had been called for an interview.
In my case I filed in Dec and was transferred on the 1st of Feb and I havent heard a thing since then. But I know of people who filed in the middle of march and were approve through interview in the middle of June.
SO it can be good or bad depending on how you look at it
