Enclosed please find the concurrent filing of forms for Immediate relative: Beneficiary name (wife) and supporting documents.

Contents include:

Form I-130 with $420.00 money order for application fee.

-Form G-325A for petitioner (name) with passport photo.

-Form G-325A for beneficiary (name) with passport photo.

-Copy of petitioner (name) naturalization certificate.

-Copy of beneficiary (name) birth certificate with English translation.

-Copy of certified marriage certificate.

-Evidence of bona fide marriage:

a)Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by family and friends.

b)Photos as evidence of our bona fide relationship and marriage.

Form I-485 with $1,070 money order for application and biometric fee.

-Form G-325A for beneficiary (name) with two passport photos.

-Form I-864 Affidavit of support for petitioner (name)

Photocopies of 2011 tax return.

-Form I-864 Affidavit of support for joint sponsor (name)

Photocopies of 2011 tax return.

-Form I-693 Medical Examination for Beneficiary name

Form I-485A with $1,000 money order for application fee.

-Beneficiary (name) is grandfathered by Mother’s (name) 1-130 petition dated back in 11/07/1997.

-Copies of Form I-130 dated 11/07/1997

-Copies of Form I-797 dated 11/19/1997 approved

Form I-765 with $380 money order for application fee.

-2- Passport photos (beneficiary name)

Form G-1145 E-notification

It would be better if you can add more documents for evidence of bona fide marriage such as joint bank accounts/credit cards, joint tax returns, joint lease etc.
