hey guys my wife applied for her mother back in jan, now the case is @ nvc. its been a while since i did the aos process and wanted to make sure things havent changed so here are my questions:(btw my wife filled the 864 and i did the 864a)
1)do i need to send in job letters for her(she works @ doc's office) and myself (i m selfemployed) can't i just send in my letter if i m required?
2) we have a huge gaps between on how much we make 2011-$78K 2010-$51K 2009 -$38k is this ok?
3) what else do i need 2 send so far i got the following -
forms 864 & 864a all filed n signed
2011 copy personal of tax returns WITH w2's + my corporate tax returns
2010 IRS transcripts(personal) + my corporate tax returns
2009 IRS transcripts(personal) + my corporate tax returns
Our citizenship certs

what else ??? please suggest someone thanks

Her income is what she is making now, annualized. Simple to compute and verify with the employer letter and recent paystubs. (ex: $100/wk X 52 weeks = $5200)
Your income comes off the 2011 form 1040, line 22. If you filed a joint return it's a bit more math to back out her income.

last year she made abt 16k we filed together with both of my parents as dependents this year she would make abt the same...
n i really would hate to have her work place give a employment verification cuz her HR takes forever ..(had the experience b4) sorry will i be ok without the job letter?
also do i need to send any proof with aos packet abt us being married n living at the same address?

You claimed your parents as dependents on the 2011 return? If yes, then they go into the household count as well.
What's the number on line 22 of the 2011 joint return? $78K ?
