Does NVC send letter after complete the case?

I mean live here in pakistan and my husband has applied for me. I know my case has completed at NVC when i email NVC they replied me that my case has completed now i have to wait for my pd to be current... But they dion't send me any letter to me here in pakistan.
I want to know that do they send a letter to applicant also or not??

My pd is august 2010 n my i 130 approved on decmbr 2010.
My husband is lpr n he lives in US he has applied my ever documents n now my case has also completed at NVc.
When i mail to NVC they replied me that my case has completed now i have to wait for my pd to be curent.
Now i want to ask that my case has completed and i m beneficery or applicant but they did'nt send me any letter toy home? Why? Do they not send any letter to beneficery or applicant?
