Any US citizen or green card holder can be a sponsor. Does not have to be a family member.

No it does not mean that.
Hiring an attorney has nothing to do with them being a joint sponsor. They do not sponsor immigrants because you hired them. They only fill out the forms for you for an insane amount of fees.

Without a joint sponsor you must qualify on your own. That requires that you earn ~$19,000 per year, and/or have substantial savings to meet the requirements.

You ask your friends or co-workers if they are willing to help by co-sponsoring.

You get a second or 3rd job to make them amount required on your own.

Any petitioner must meet the sponsorship requirement.

Requirement does not always mean if person like me can't meet the requirement so that I can't marry with my love of life! I can't be deprived from my basic right according to the constitution, there must be some alternatives.

This does not violate any constitutional right.

It's the law as passed by Congress.

He would need approximately $60,000 deposited in a US bank.

We do not have any sort of right to "import" our spouses. We can petition for a visa as long as we qualify. The affidavit of support is part of qualifying. I understand your frustration.

An attorney can't find you a joint sponsor. That is a person you must convince to take on this obligation.

If an attorney asks you for some sort of "fee" to find a joint sponsor run the other way. Because they are not ethical.
