Is there any way that I can cancel a withdrawal statement i just mailed to Uscis to no longer process the petition even though the petition has been approved? The case has been forwarded to Manila. My fiance and I were going to refile later this year ran into some issues with my parents but sent letter and now want to proceed on with visa interview. My fiance is in Manila waiting for medical. I am so afraid that even though letter is not processed in Uscis computer that they will make us refile again anyways. Any answers would be great. Thanks.
Well then, move forward as if you didn't send a letter, and you will find out soon enough.

I would send a notarized letter to your USCIS service center (Vermont or California), the NVC and the consulate in Manila letting them know you sent a letter to cancel before, but have since decided to go through with the K-1 procedure and wish to have your fiancee attend her visa interview.
I really like your idea! Any thoughts on how to write letter? Should I keep it brief or thorough? Thanks so much!

Yes, I would just keep it brief and to the point. Just present the facts and your wishes to continue with the K-1 visa process after all.I really like your idea! Any thoughts on how to write letter? Should I keep it brief or thorough? Thanks so much!

The few times I've seen mention of petitioners wanting to "cancel their cancellation" on Vj the response from USCIS has always been once received it's irrevocable so they had to start over.

Not advised. According to My Case Status, here is what the update would say:
Decision On May 14, 2012, we mailed a notice acknowledging withdrawal of this application or petition I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). If you have not received the notice within 30 days of May 14, 2012, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If at some point in the future you wish to pursue the benefits provided by this application or petition, you must file a new application along with all applicable fees and evidence.
Since the application was already approved in the case of the OP, the service center may tell them it is too late to cancel and to cancel through the consulate... Or they might ignore. Or they might be able to still cancel... Which would terminate any appeal to them anyway. So why go telling everyone else that you already cancelled, or intended too? Just wait it out, see what happens, and re-apply if you need to. IMHO.

He said he just mailed it, so I was thinking his withdrawal had not gone through yet. It was an option. It does not mean it would work. And as Bob 4 Anna replied after me, they can try, but it will most likely be a no go and he will need to begin again and refile. And with that, I believe the OP got his answer. Not advised.
