DS-230 Form Expire Date

4 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

I downloaded DS-230 document from this site: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf

On top of the document it says "EXPIRES: 04/30/2012"

I could not find any other version of document which has expire date beyond this above document's expire date.

Can I still use this document and fill it out? Will NVC accept this document when my application is reached to their office in near future?
