1. Online E-Filing Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.

2. Filing a paper Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card by mail.

Should I use E-filing or paper filing? which is faster?

Also, will this take longer time than citizenship applying?

I applied online. You still have to mail the papers by mail even if you applied online. Not sure if it makes any difference in processing if you applied online or by mail. My I-90 took 4 months and citizenship took 5 months. Some places you might be able to get it N-400 quicker in the offices doing the same day oath. Depends on your field office. If you are eligible for N-400 you should apply for it soon.

shall I apply N400 after the new green card arrives ? or at the same time?

I do have a copy of old green card.

Did you green card expired? If it is expired you have to wait for the new card to come and apply. If it did not expire then you can apply for the both at the same time. I applied for my i-90 and n-400, i-131 almost at the same time.

A copy of efiling docs and receipt, and copies of passport and green card, will be enough?

It should give you a check list when you applied for it. I have done few months ago, I do not remember. Check the application it should have the list. You should be getting NOA with in 2 weeks and biometrics appointment in about 4 weeks.
