I filed a petition with a NOA1 of Oct. 28th. I haven't heard anything. How much longer should I want before calling?

the service request goes to the director and then he assigns it to a immigration officer.

was case is that he might had left it around his desk. i know that happen because my mom didn't get anything after 30 days for her n400.

When they say 15 days, does that mean 15 business days or normal days? And, is Saturday considered a business day for the CSC?
