Hi there, I would definitely be calling to see what's going on...you're a month ahead of me and my husband, our petition is november 8, 2011 and I've already contact our local congressman and senator...I'm eager to get an anwer and so we are still waiting...did you put in a service request? what have they told you? wow..keep in touch ok, good luck!!I filed a petition with a NOA1 of Oct. 28th. I called yesterday and they created a service request. They said someone would contact me back within 15 days to let me know whats happening. What typically happens during this process?

the service request goes to the director and then he assigns it to a immigration officer.
was case is that he might had left it around his desk. i know that happen because my mom didn't get anything after 30 days for her n400.
