and her dad is joint sponser so our lawyer told us he needs her dad passport photo .. and the probleme her dad he lost his passport from few years
so what i can do please someone help me

A copy of his US birth certificate will also be acceptable.

All her dad needs to do is to contact the embassy needed to get another passport.
