Happy to report the I-130 process has officially begun! Received text that N01 in the mail! Who would have thought that we'd be 2 years into this immigration process  OMG the waiting and nail biting starts all over again. This time we're more organized thanks to all of the helpful posts here on VJ. Can't thank you guys enough especially dealing with the Consulate in Lagos. I've seen some posts where N02's from VSC arrived in about 3 months. For all of us waiting wouldn't that be awesome!? You guys will like the latest advise from USCIS. That we should file another I-129f for a K3 Visa. Are you kidding me? Just so you all know, we're not doing that but electing to wait out the I-130. Our previous I-129f is still sitting waiting to be reaffirmed. However not concerned as there is no reason to be revoked. As I was told the I-130 automatically cancels the I-129f. Just to cover all bases I did include the email (couldn't find original receipt at the time)stating petition approved!
Please all keep us in your prayers, our 1st wedding anniversary is Sept 1, 2012 and we so much want to be together here in the States by then.

Thank-you patient 2010. It was a relief to finally send out the petition. A lot of work went into it. Days, weeks, hours spent compiling and organizing everything.
