You can see what all this long form entails here: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/49845403/DS-260-screen-shots

By the way, on the section where it asks what is your relationship, there is no choice for a fiancee because this form is not meant for those that are only engaged. Select spouse there for the drop down box you see on page 47 and 48 of the screen shots. It asks for relationship to petitioner.

Does anyone know where to get a sample of the DS 260 form. Someone gave me a link but you have to register and I think they charge for it. It would be nice to fill it out first before going online.Thank y"all so much

Here is FAQ from state.gov... it says you can start, it will save, and you can continue at a later time. Why not get it started and take a look and see what they are asking..??

Thanks Jay Kay but thats the site I pulled up earlier and you have to pay for a monthly membership to that docstoc site. Am I doing something incorrectly

Pay? No need to click the download button. This is just so you can see what it asks before you have to go and fill it out. Just click to open it full screen and navigate through the pages using the arrows at the top.

If you are wanting to actually fill it out, you have to begin the process and start filling out the actual form online.

You are the petitioner. The visa applicant fills out the DS-260 and all the other forms needed for the interview, except the I-134 which is filled out by the petitioner/sponsor.

You can fill it out for them, but you fill it out with their info, as them. There is a place to check off and say you assisted in preparing it for them. He will need the confirmation page with the bar code that you print out when done. He will need that confirmation page at all his appointments and medical when he goes to Juarez.

Correct, I just finished the DS-260 for my wife's son. The online version is basic and fill in the blanks, you will need a passport, know college and High school's attended and dates along with family information. If you are missing something you can save the portions completed and return to finish.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
