We are in the Northeast Ohio area & need to renew my Hubby's Guyana passport.
Any information on how to get the process started?

The Guyanese Embassy in New York will do it. Google their address and phone number and give them a call. If you are too far away see if they will accept certified mail of your old passport or what the requirements are.
