I want to go back home the first week of April. Does anyone know if it will make it on time?. The website says 4 months but I don't know if it counts since they moved to california or since they got it for the second time.
Do I need/have time to file I-131 to leave?
thank you

You could get lucky, you could not.
Do you need to? Absolutely, unless AOS is approved, and GC is issued, the foreigner should not even consider leaving the country without the advance parole!

I would just wait for the GC. The transfer typically means you will not have an interview for AOS and you have spent since December or 3 months waiting. Your GC should be arriving soonish given the current processing times. I would not bother with the AP now as IMHO the GC will arrive before the AP and that will make the AP worthless.
Good luck and may the GC arrive soon,
Dave
thank you for your time. I'll just hope it makes it
You should have filed an I-131 already. If you do now, there are no guarantees that it will be approved by then. They typically take around 3 months give our take, but with the current backlog at CSC, it may take longer.

it's my brother's wedding, so I would really want to go but I know the effects it'll make if I do without parole

does anyone know about emergency travel? it probably doesn't apply to wedding but i just want to see all my options...
As the date approaches and if you have not received the GC, you can make an INFOPASS appointment to see if they will give you an I-551 stamp in your passport. That will act like the GC for travel. That is about your only other option.
Good luck,
Dave
