I believe they can work on your case and not update the status. That is just my opinion based on something that happened with my case.

I check for a status update twice a day. I check in the morning after the embassy is closed and again in the afternoon. Last status update April 25th when they received documents..

I checked my case for myself and any my brother, and instead of Ap, now it says Issued. I am not sure what does that mean? You think they have issued a visa for both of us?

I hope so!! Call the embassy, email the embassy, call whoever is supposed to delivee your passport and call dos at 202 663 1222 i think

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

I would think so. You should get a call in 2 days to pick up your passpor! Congrats!!!

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

OMG ALLAH Please get us out of AP!!!....My husband had his interview March 6, 2013. CO said everything is fine with our case and they need to do normal administrative processing which it can take upto 3 months but its been 2 months and still no news....Do you guys think that he will get his visa before 3 months or no??? He got a light blue 221g sheet after the interview.

Question: One thing I have noticed about most of the people who have received a visa or claim to have received a visa do not have a timeline. What's the deal with that? shocked.gif

RFE: 08/13/2012 "Proof of Bona Fide marital relationship". (Took them 7 months, 1 week and 4 days to send an RFE).

NVC issued Case #, IIN and BIN: 10/10/2012
IV Package Received at NVC: 12/03/2012

Issued: September 30, 2013

POE: Raleigh-Durham International Airport, NC @ 10-17-2013 (Easy entry, pleasant experience).

Removal of Conditions on Residence:

Filed: August 14, 2015 - VSC

NOA1: 08/19/2015

Date of Decision: 06-03-2013

Letter of Approval received: 06-09-2016

Green Card received: 07-15-2016

Naturlization N-400:

Filed: September 16, 2019

Biometrics: October 9, 2019

Interview: August 24, 2020

Approval: Approved and received Naturalization Certificate same day.
