hi friends my interview for k1 visa was at 13th dec2012 , everthing was ok at the end co give me green paper, plz can anyony one tell me that for k1 visa ap is also very delayed

If you provide a detailed transcript of what interview questions were asked and how you responded to them most of the members here can give you an idea of what happend and if the Interviewing Agent found any red flags sometimes they will not tell at time of interview to avoid confrontation. you shoudl be getting some information at home sometimes asking for additional information, If not then perhaps you are like many others who are just in AP many people get visa about a 3 months after interview if everthying check up.

Dear whats difference between necessary AP and Mandatory AP????

Same thing worded differently! Regardless of what you may be told Administrative Process is an additional background check for local purposes to varifiy validity of content provided to the embassy and additional inter embassy approvals that need to be processed to complete the case file. Many people who do not follow directions or missunderstand the forum and have a complicated case are the ones that slow down the process for others. SO if the papers are filled correctly as they should then the case will be approved pretty quickly! once again follow the instrutions on this forum there should be no issues.

Thata not always true we filed never received any rfe never had issues with poverty line or with anything but were placed in ap anyway and still sit here as other are as well

Ap can be for documents or verification of information or name hits or field investigations one never k ows exactly why they are placed in ap but for us we really think his name has hits and we are finally beginning to move again

But telling ppl to fill forms out correctly and there won't be problems is very misleading bcos ultimately it's up to the CO and whatever they want to do whether or not everything g is in tact and perfect

All we can do is pray it ends or doesn't happen or does t last long

Agree with u abbas bhai,

My interview was fantastic, through out my interview de lady co was smiling and she was too much friendly,

I answerd all de ques properly , in last she ask for de wed pics and i gave her a album, she open de album and look at me give me a prety smile, she was lookig at pic and tell me u have a proper match, nice couple and again ask it was love marriage or arrange , at same time she was discssing each pic with a urdu speaking man standing with her that dis pic is nice, dis dress is nice etc and finally she told me dat ur case is fine ,all de dcmnt are complete but v need nothing from u, we have to do some admin process that will take a month or two, listening dis i was shocked,de co feel it and told me don't worry its normal,ur case is fine and complete,u will get ur visa very soom she keep my passport and give me all de original dcmnt back, when i come to home after two three day i open my dcmnt and see a light green paper there mention de same thing dat my case need futher admin prcss and at completion u will get ur visa and psprt.and now 8 month and two week have passed and i get nothing but wait and just wait, and on every inquiry getting same answer that u are in AP ,WHEN de AP come to conclusion we will infome u. its too much frustrated, don't understand what to do,when case is fine ,and there is no red flag why they don't issuing visa ?

Thata not always true we filed never received any rfe never had issues with poverty line or with anything but were placed in ap anyway and still sit here as other are as well
