After i-601 waiver approved I got this latter X. Section 221(g) (Additional administrative process) Letter issue date Oct-22-2012 and i got letter Dec-01-2012 i want ask, to which date i should consider and count

i think the date on which the letter is issued "Oct-22-2012, you should count from 22 Oct.

Yes you can check your case status by talking to them.

They just provide you with a case status. If your case is in AP they will just tell you it's under Ap. They will not provide you additional info.

Why us embassy not tell us clearly that they are going to issue visa or not and they also dont like to tell us why they are putting us in Ap ...No Reason .....

Reason is only one that we are Muslims and we belongs to Pakistan...if they hate Muslims and Pakistanies then why they approve their petitions??????????

Our Government can't do anything for us they just want Money from us Government......

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

im totaly agree with you soccer player..like you guys iam also stuck in AP everything is ok but still in AP.i started a topic on this that why pakistani govt is unable to speak for us guys,pak govt need to speak to the US govt regarding our pending AP.but a lot of our reader and majority pakistani friends are not agree with me they are saying that its not the responsibility of our govt ..but my opinion is this that or govt need only DOLLARS thy dont think aboutz. the public..read my previous post on last pages and give ur opinion plz.

i called NVC but they said my case is in islamabad embassy, try to contact them. At firday i called us embassy islamabad, but they hung up call by saying that we dont show status on phone, contact us on mail, and they did't reply of my mails, what to do but the only wait. frustration

You call DOS (department of state) not NVC... (202) 663-1225 They can give you updates if they have any.
