Choice of Agent

Congrats. I just received my AOS fee bill and choice of agent letter. After the NVC generates your case #, it takes about 2 weeks before they will generate the AOS fee bill. On the bill, it states the date it was generated. (always on Monday) You can call on Tuesday and ask if the AOS bill has been generated. On the bill I received, it says do not return any other documents with the bill or it will only slow down your case. Jamies shortcuts say you can send your payment to them as soon as the bill is generated. UP To You. I'm going to do it the way they say. As far as the choice of agent; we sent them an e-mail and told them who the agent was to be. They responded with an ok! See Jamies shortcuts. They explain the process really well. Hope this helps. I just got confirmation today that NVC entered my case on Sept 22nd. Do I have to wait for confirmation that they've generated the Choice of Agent & AOS bill before emailing them the Choice of Agent ?

Yes. You must wait until generated by NVC before sending anything off to them. As hahuhobrad said, if you follow the Timesavers thread which includes James Shortcuts, you can't go wrong.
