More London Confusion via email

As a matter of fact, we now have two applications registered in your name, one is your K-3 application (LNDXXXXXXXXXX) and the other is your immigrant visa application LNDXXXXXXXXXX and that application’s processing is now complete. You will shortly be receiving an appointment for your visa interview.

Your medical results were received on September 8th.

We received this email from the embassy and we're not sure what we should do. To add to the confusion we have been having with them, what is really strange is that he's never received pkt. 3 for the CR-1. He only sent in the one for K3. Then we cancelled it. Am I correct in interpretting this as they are processing it as the CR-1 packet 3? I thought they were different.

Also.....he didn't have his medical until the 12th. How did they get the results on the 8th?

Do you think we need to talk to someone to straighten this out? I wouldn't want him to get to the interview and find out he's going for the wrong one or get all the way there then have them realize they've screwed up.....

Email them with dates like you just wrote. Put URGENT in your subject line with case #.

Good idea, devilette.

I just got off the phone with DOS. A very nice lady told me that this email was correct as far as the CR-1 processing being complete. I still don't understand that. She also had the 8th in her system as being the day his medical results were received.....very curious. I didn't realize they had pioneered psychic medicals in Knightsbridge.
