DS-156 Question #6 Telegraphic Number?

My fiancee is in the process of completing the DS-156, question #6 in Chinese is asking for her Telephonic Number. Anyone know what this means? There's an English side to the form then there's the Chinese side of the form, it's not asked on the English side but on the Chinese side.

I'm thinking that this might mean her phone number but then again I don't want to guess on any of these forms. Anyone have an answer to this bizaar question?

You are referring to question #16 I assume, that is her phone number. If she understands English well enough then she should do the English form. Better yet do the electronic one on the state department website. It generates a bar coded form, that is automatically entered into the system.
