My wife received her green card last week (2-yr card). She has disappeared and cleaned out my checking and savings accounts. Is there any recourse that I can make to have her deported? Also she can into the country 2 years ago under a K3 Spousal Visa. We were not married until she arrived. Therefore, we should have applied for a K2 Fiance visa. Any suggestions how I can get her out of the country for good?????

Make a police report and alert your bank ASAP. Also contact USCIS. If she goes to another state or cross border line, contact FBI. Sorry.

It is not illegal for your spouse to empty your bank account if her name was on the account.

You were the petitioner on the K3. You are guilty of immigration fraud. You may find yourself in deeper trouble than her.

Troll alert - its amazing how many "brand new members" with exactly the same (or reasonably similar) circumstances (or sob story, however you want to look at it) joined over the last three days. Its also interesting that apparently it's only women engaging in this "terrible behavior." Personally, I smell one angry, bitter rat...making up troll stories under several different names...why would this person post in "removal of conditions, anyway?"

You know you could well me right on your assumption but in my office there are 2 guys and one girl in the past 4-6 months I woud say have split from their partners and they are all here because of their American spouses scary hey?

See my earlier post on this thread (one after japau's) -- certain facts put me in agreement with japau (and I just hit "fast reply" before reading japau's post). As for the idea that these could be typos--I'll believe that when I see a living adzebill (a NZ bird extinct before 1600) fly.

I note that RickDM didn't get his story straight:

More than that NZ extinct bird flying, how can anyone have come in on a spousal visa when there was no proof of the marriage (since they weren't married)? When you apply you need to provide, at a minimum, the marriage certificate and etc. and prove the marriage at the consulate interview...if it walks, quacks and smells like a duck...it's not a moose...

OP on this thread is a spammer (known in VJ parlance as troll, less so as jotun) who's trying to claim his foreign-born wife cheated him--but lacks enough knowledge to even make the story plausible.

Boy, lots of speculation going on here. If one has to provide at a minimum a marriage certificate in order to gain the visa, then how do you presume the K3 was secured? As an attorney, you of all people should know that there could be more to this situation than is obvious.

You have about as much chance of deporting her as any of the millions of other illegal aliens. Open a new bank account, cancel any credit cards in her name, change the locks on the doors and talk to a lawyer.
