Today we received 5 e-mail saying that the more information for our case was sent.(case status) When we tried calling it says case could not be found in the system. Is it because they sent the e-mail today or does it mean that they checking the case? Please help, i m in panic. Thanx

I do not understand USCIS send you e-mail asking for more information? If this is the case you have to wait for the RFE letter. There it will tell you what other information is needed by them. There is no one else that can tell you that until you get the letter.

Please fill in your timeline!

Good luck,

Peter Miami

Your message is a little confusing. I think you have sent a reply to them for an RFE and they are acknowledging that they received it. If so this is normal. They are only telling you that they received what you sent.

I never got Emails for the RFE but I did when they got the reply from us.

We just requested the case status info. They changed it saying they have sent something. When I am trying to check the status by calling, the voice says it could not be found in the system. Touched today again...just wondering what does that mean?

oh that happens girl, before i cant check my ststus online even by phone as i call their hotline but 2 weeks ago i just check it and then now everything is alright, but sometimes maybe there is problem with your case number because they even tried to transfer me to another customer service and i waited for about 1 and half hours waiting for the people to answer it but sorry for my luck no one answered it.so just wait as your cant hear anything for about the maximum time of waiting for your case then mail them.
