Just wondering how many of us are still out there, I really hope there's not that many!

I know there are some June filers without it, but even they are getting their RFEs already.

Icey, do you have yours yet? I also haven't heard anything from Mike (MrLonely) in a while. I'm starting to feel lonely myself :(

We are starting to consider canceling the I129F at CSC and re-apply using the new form either at CSC or at Vermont. I know we would need to file a waiver for the 2nd. I129F but we're thinking it would still be faster than just waiting on these people to do anything with our current file.

Do you guys have any better ideas on what to do (other than just waiting)? Would K3 be a better option at this point?

Nope.

They haven't touched our file since June 20th. Congressman and Senators have been of no help either. Oh, and we also tried sending the RFE to them - we printed the copy posted here and mailed to them with our case number - but this didn't work either.
