Hello there,

I just started filling out G325 A form and found out that i need to put the US Social Security#. I used to study in the US and remembered that I had one, but i totally forgot the number. Do I need to put any information there? or just leave it blank?

Thanks so much....

If you had a number, it will be on a card given to by the Social Security Office. If you cannot find it, then leave blank, also applies for the A-Number. When you do arrive in the states you can replace the lost card.
