IMBRA Question

dallasguy7,

On the I-129F, part C. Other information:

Items 2&3, if not applicable to you, leave them blank. There is not option for no, N/A or none.

On part B. Information about your Alien Fiance, Item 19 - That is a yes or no question. So, as long as you checked one, you are in compliance.

Highly improbable to get an RFE for the reasons you outlined. Specifically, for not writing "none", where no space exists for it.

I sent in my K-1 just recently with the new forms. I did not check any boxes in the IMBRA section because I did not have of those problems. But should I have written "none" in this section as well? Will I be receiving an RFE because of it?
