I wanted to know if anyone included a letter offering their finace a job when he or she reached the US in their application

Not in the application but would be useful if attached to affidavit of support I-134 at visa interview, just to help show that won't become a public charge.

While it wouldn't hurt, I would suggest that the wording in the letter is very specific and mentions that he will be hired upon receiving the appropriate work authorization documents.

i too agree that it won't hurt... but haven't heard anybody doing so ..
