Hi all,

I initially filed K-1 for my fiancee but then we got end up marrying each other. I filed I-130 and sent a letter of K-1 withdrawal to the Vermont. My wife interviewed for IV and she recieved her CR-1. Now she is planning to come to US but we still havent't heard anything from Vermont yet regarding our K-1 withdrawal. Will there be any questions asked at POE? Thanks for your replies.

Have read of others in the same position who have had no questions asked at POE. I wouldn't worry about it as your wife now has a CR-1 visa and being married nulls the I-129F anyway.
