Just mailed my 2nd RFE off today, hope to see NOA-2 very, very soon. :dance:

Removing Conditions

May 29 2009 - Vermont received I-751

June 01 2009 - NOA

July 13 2009 - Biometric

Oct 22 2009 - E-mail - card ordered

Oct 23 2009 - Received letter - approval date 10/19.

This is friggin disgusting!!!!! I'm so pissed this government can go to HELL!!!!!!!

I serve 5 years in the friggin Marines fighting their stupid wars for oil and this is how I'm treated???

How many others from March are there??

I'm here in the Philippines now visiting my fiance and if it wasn't for my job I'd stay here!!!! Screw the US Govt!!!!!!!!

Timeline

Here's my best guess as to why we're seeing a lot of July's (us included) and still have people waiting :crying:

1. For those people filing with the updated the I129F to include the IMBRA portion, I bet they route those to one pool of processors and have the other pool working the IMBRA RFEs. They probably have that second pool to specialize on processing these 'one-time' RFEs.

2. Dumb luck :unsure:

3. Some other way they classify and route applications causes some to go fast and other so get delayed--if you think about it, it doesn't make sense to just put them all in a stack and pass them out as they come in the door.

Regardless, progress IS being made (easy for me to say :bonk:) so keep the faith.

July 26th, 2006--------------------Touched

Sept 19th, 2006-------------------APPROVAL NOTIFICATION
