So your is being transferred from Texas Processing Center (TSC) to Vermont Processing Center (VSC). As long as it is not a bulk transfers, you are fine. Of course we have no control on that.

Last year they transferred a lot of petitions from CSC to TSC and back to CSC causing much delay. I hope yours doesn't fall into that category.

This would be NOA1. This is usual...everyone gets this notice. It is the government letting you know they have both recieved your petitiona and have routed it to its destination. You should also expect to receive a hardcopy of this in the mail. Good luck on your journey.

This is normal, everybody receives this. It means that they received your package and forwarded it to the right Service Center, either California or Vermont. And it all depends on where you live, obviously Vermont service center is the one who adjudicates your petition (looks it all over and hopefully approves it). Since you got this notice of action (NOA1) so far all is good and you're on the right track. Just time to wait now. Good luck

I clicked on the timelines and saw Texas Service Center entered and responded accordingly. Probably he/she entered TSC presuming that the petition will be forwarded to that service center for processing.

well I (she) sent it to the texas service center so that it could be processed there since that's the office that correlate with my state(florida), and for whatever reason it was forwarded to the vermont service center...that's why I had ask the question...becaue I thought it was suppose to stay in texas. not be moved to vermont...they should atleast say why...but IDK we'll wait and see...Just have to pray for the best.... :)

Only the service centers in California or Vermont adjudicate I-129F's.
