I was on my own for the interview. Jerry had just switched jobs and didn't have any time built up to take off. That, and his new employers was giving him a week off for our wedding and honeymoon, so we weren't in the mood to push our luck! I actually was kind of glad he wasn't there with me, he would have been driving me crazy with his nerves!

Does driving count???

My fiance drove to Vancouver, Canada to be with me for my K-1 interview, but we only lived 2 1/2 hours away from each other. But, it was still comforting to have him with me because I was a nervous wreck (unnecessarily, as it turned out!!!).
