August 2006? Filed at CSC? God I hate IMBRA - why did my fiance and I file at the worst time ever.

Congratulations. I would be mad, but I only wish I was so lucky to get such a speedy decision!!

From the website:

This is an outline of the K1 Fiancee visa requirements. It's a good reference page - best on the Internet.

Note: Nothing on this web site is intended to help you get a visa for your K1 Fiance. That's what our service is for. Our fee is a flat $495. See "Fees & Other Costs" to do your total cost calculations. We are the only services that publishes this info up front and gives you a beginning to end money back guarantee (Change of Status included). We tell it all like it is. No surprises or BS. What goes around comes around. Right?

What complete BS! I'm glad Clement & Emily got approved, but that site is a COMPLETE waste of money. Everything they offer is right here on VJ. I suspect most things found on that site were directly taken from this site anyway.

Again, I quote from their website: Nothing on this web site is intended to help you get a visa for your K1 Fiance.

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!

I received NOA1 dated 8/7/06. Today I received an email from CSC stating my case has been approved on 9/20/06! That's amazing!!

All I can say about the fast approval is a little bit of luck and a lot of solid no BS information from http://www.apexvisa.us/

I am not advertising or trying to sell apexvisa services here. If you think you may benefit from them check it out yourself, otherwise mind your own business.

Good luck to all of us going thru' the K-1 process!
