I want to complete many of the forms for my Fiancee in Brazil that will be required in Packet 3. But the majority of forms at the Consulate's website are expired. I saw this months ago, but I thought that they would be updated by now. I need to be certain that I am sending her the correct forms!

Where can I get these forms from Packet #3 with valid expiration dates?

My fiance is going to the consulate today to turn in her packet 3 forms beforee receiving the forms in the mail. She is going to give them the same DS-230 form that is on their website so I will let you know if she has any problems. I haven't heard of anybody having any problems though.

Also, of the forms listed only the DS-230 form (and the DS-2001 form) constitute the Packet 3. Those other forms need to be brought with her to the interview.

Yes, only DS-230 part I e DS-2001 are sent back to the consulate. Even the forms we get in the packets are not updated. They're the ones providing us with the forms, so I guess they won't complain if we get them from their website.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I just got them from the embassy site in Brasil for packet 3 and it was fine, so I am guessing it will be the same for the interview.

Yeah, even more so because the ones they send us in the packets are outdated. Oh, also, they're in Portuguese or in Portuguese *and* English. I don't remember getting any form in English other than I-134 - but I may be mistaken.
