Mine was for the K2 and they requested second medical exam although his was done within the last 12 months and also another I-693A vaccination supplement which had already been sent with the original package! This seemed to be happening at CSC on an increasingly regular basis regarding medical exams.

When the medical test is done for the visa I beleve that the I-693A vaccination supplement was the document that is not completed. On course vaccination and such are completed but a I-693A is not what is filled, so regardless most people do end up having to get one done.

The same thing happend to my wife, I was very puzzaled in regards to this as well, and asking my congressman about it.
