07/06/06- RFE email notification

07/19/06- RFE received by USCIS email notification

08/07/06- NOA2 (again)

08/11/06- NVC sent to consulate, received I-797C Notice of Action confirming case is approved (snailmail)

08/14/06- Consulate receives approved petition

08/29/06- Interview

08/31/06- Visa Approved !!!

10/07/06- Arrived US with my Love !

10/11/06- Vaccines done

No RFE. It was a new version form and I think we gave them more evidence of relationship than they wanted.

Just curious... what is "more evidaence of relationship than they wanted"? I think we included about 50 pictures and as many emails, and copies of boarding passes, and many copies of cards and letters sent back and forth. What do ya think? Maybe they'll think we submitted more than they wanted too?

(our hope was to make the file so thick that it kept working it's way to the top. hehe...

RE: the amount of evidence of relationship... we sent in 33 photos, a bunch of emails over a couple years, post cards she's written, letters, engagement ring receipt and appraisal, oh what else... passport stamps, gosh i think that's it... maybe more but i can't recall... just anything we could find.

  • October 4, 5, 7, 13 & 17 2006 Touches! 50 day address change... Yes Judith is beautiful, quit staring at her passport photo and approve us!!! Shaming works! LOL
  • October 13, 2006 NOA2! November 2, 2006 NOA2? Huh? NVC already processed and sent us on to Abu Dhabi Consulate!
  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

Call the NVC in New Hampshire so you will find out when your case has gotten there and for the current status with them. The number has been posted here before I have seen.

We got approved on 9-11 and it hasn´t arrived with the NVC yet.

04-13 Paula Jo has mailed off Petition I-129F to TSC

04-17 Petition I-129F arrived with TSC in Mesquite, TX

04-21 NOA 1 (Paula Jo receives it on 04-26)

06-30 IMBRA RFE 1 arrives

10-26 Rico got medical exam done in Frankfurt. Still waiting for interview date

H'okay, I got my approval notice today for a Sept. 19th approval. That's 74 days.

My question now to those who've moved on to NVC and their embassy, is where do I find information on how to track where it is and what the status is?? Thanks to all!
