I was searching VJ to see the average wait time for those that got RFE's and their NOA2 and it seems most got them rather

quickly.

Today makes day number 32 for us.

This makes me wonder what is happening. Like we have clean records, clean backgrounds etc so what could be the hold up.

What has been your wait time between your RFE and NOA2.

Are you checking to see if it went to that lawyer's? If his name is on your file, anything might go to him. If you call the DOS number they will tell you when the packet 3 has been sent. the number is 1-202 663 1225, press 1 then 0 for a live person who can tell that information. They won't tell you much but they will tell you when packet 3 has been sent and that's how I found out that my packet 4 was sent. (again, they mailed it to my lawyer).

good luck!

Thanks for your reply. I will try the number, I had it before, but couldn't remember where I put it. I called the uscis number but of course it only tells you the same

thing as what you see on line.

I had called my attorney , whooops, didn't call them for they won't receive calls only emails, so I emailed my attorney like 2 weeks ago, and their comment is,

" we will notify you when we get it". They really don't want us to even bother them period with any questions at all till we get our approval. This is the reason that we

are going to fire the attorney and do the rest our selves after we get the NOA2. They are no help to us at all, and they have taken all the money up front.

Just worried that they have it sitting on their desks and aren't getting it to us.

Thanks again.

Yes, I did receive both a text and email now that I think about it.
