The bar coded cover sheet is from the payment portal. Afte you pay AOS Fee & IV Fee you need to print out the bar coded cover sheets. Those cover sheets are to be included with your AOS packet & IV packet.

hi good morning. is it ok to ask some questions. Im not really familiar on the process since when i come in US im in a K1 visa and my husband hired a lawyer. right now i received Email from NVC about the DS 3032 and we paid the AOS fee. i believe thats the $88. my question is... the DS3032 that i need to send is only 1 paper? right?? or should i put other cover letter? after that what's next? are they gonna mail me for the next step? because i dont have any clue. what is the DS230? should i file it together with affidavit of supports? is that 1 time payment only? what is the pocket pocket thing? (like DS230 packet) what is that? should i received it thru email or post mail? how do you check online your application? Im sorry got a lot of question in my mind. and what is IV fees and what is that for?and one more thing. about the DS3032. I appoint. _____________ is that supposed to be the petitioner's name? because the next line is also asking for a name. so my mom need to put my name twice? right??

Hello. I'm from the Phil. too, petitioning both my parents. It will be easy if you send ds3032 in email format. That's what I did. Check my timeline, and check the April 2013 NVC filers thread.
