Hi I am march filer as I would assume.. My time is below:

I-131 msc1290515004 "Initial R"

I-765 msc1290515006 "Initial R"

------------------------------------------

03/26/2012 NOA received hard copies  for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765

-03/29/2012 NOA Biometric Letter

                        received.

                       8 a.m

-03/30/2012 Biometric early-walk in

                       finger prints taken.

------------------------------------------

My question .. It's now April 12,2012... And I have not heard or saw any changes in the online case status and no change in the last update section... The last updated section shows the date they enter my files into their system.Which is 03/21/2012.... I sense they have not touch my case or lost it ... The anxiety is killing me.. Everyday i look online and check my email.. And still nothing... The first 2 weeks i was so assured everything was going find from receiving NOA and biometrics but after biometrics everything went stand still... Silence .. ARRR... Please help me.. Understand what's going.. Thanks in advance to all who reply to me.

You'll be okay. It'll come as fast as you can't even imagine :D

I know how you feel. Waiting is the hardest thing to do, right?

Ive seen people get their ead approve within 15 day and 28 days..after their bio, in my case it's now 42 days since Uscis received my aos with I-130 I-131 & I-765 package,, and still having heard nothing.. My bio was schedule for april 12,2012 but I did it on march 30, 2012... A day after I received the NOA LETTER for appointment on march 29, 2012. LUD shows march 21,2012 and has not been updated since or touch, even when I did bio it was not updated, I even called the FBI AND they told me on the same day I did biometrics march 30,2012 it was processed and sent back to Uscis, and yet I have not heard anything. I' have no patients And hate silence... I'm

In patient because it's my wife alone with all bills, I get help from my mom and dad to help my wife and I'm thankful for it but I'm a person that should be standing on my 2 feet working helping my wife, it sucks big time because even microsoft offer me a job and I have. Deadline in 2 weeks to provide proof of work authorization... The way things looks like I won't get my ead anytime soon. :(

I don't have the card yet but my AOS was transferred too last March 20 @ CSC. They said EAD usually take 2-3 months to process so maybe you will hear from them soon :) Good Luck!
