Ive heard about that many times, mostly from friends who's visas are still in process.. worrying that IF that government shutdown will happen... does USCIS and NVC will be affected??????? Gosh hope not cause its not that really easy waiting too long to be approved, then this issue will be an addition? I always do hope and pray this will not going to happen! and hope VERMONT will hurry up those visas who are still in process for almost 7 months now. if only they knew how does it feel freaking out, worrying, bothering time to time thinking about it. More power to all of us here!

Vermont does not process Visa's. They process petitions. But we know what you mean!
