Hello... I'll be filing a I-751 later this summer. Has anyone request an I-751 and filed a Married File - Separately and turned in that tax return as proof? If yes, did CIS question it why it was Married- Separately? I reason I ask is because we were thinking of filing Married -Separately this year only due to the difference of $$ /the return we could receive compared to Married Jointly. Thanks..
