May 1, and July 15 2011: Lucky winner of Diversity Lottery

Case no: 2012EU00026XXX

Interview: April 6: passed

Visa in passport: April 12.

POE: Chicago, May 31.

FYI - The application period for the 2014 Diversity Visa Lottery is 12:00 p.m. EST Tuesday, October 2, 2012 through 12:00 p.m. EST Saturday, November 3, 2012. Is there a place on the web where I can get a sample form so I know what information I would need from him?

If you go to this site: https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ and click "Begin Entry" you will see the whole form which you have to submit.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
