Alright TSC is now porocessing more I-130 daily now, after

your approval and recieve your I-797c approval notice in the mail

if You havnet recieved a case number fromm your approval

than scan a copy of your I-797c and e mail it as i explained in my

notice for them to get your case number going.

Your I-130 case will be approval but they cant approve 30,000 left to

approved in just days, but once you are these are the steps to get

it to NVC so they can get started on your NVC process.

TSC isnt sending your I-130 direclty to NVC they are being held until

when ever they decide to send them to NVC or return them to CSC to

send back to NVC. You cant be approved on your I-130 until near

120 to 180 days or longer from your NOA-1

Give it a try.

Good Luck

NVC sent me this a week later after I was already being processed at NVC.

This was SENT TO ME FROM NVC

It states QUOTO ""If your petition was approved more than 15 days ago,

please email a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action

- Approval Notice to NVCResearch@state.gov. Please type the receipt number in the subject line of your email and include one attachment case per email.

If you received the form I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice indicating that your petition has been retained by USCIS, or another type of the Notice of Action that is not an Approval notice,

please contact USCIS at 800-375-5283 or visit their web site at

www.uscis.gov for additional information.

If your case was expedited your WTC expedite case number will be

processed. Inquiries contact our USCIS 800 number for further information.

1lovingyou2 - THANKS SO MUCH for citing yer source. It means a lot, especially as TSC has f(*@$ed up most of the casefiles that were transferred to it.

IMO, this 'process' you've described should get the ball rolling at NVC, but - I'm not certain if it will open the 'casefile processing' binary bit, or not. IF IT DOES - great. That would mean the IIN and AOS fee bills can get sent out from NVC (via email) following my 'normal' process over at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467
