DS-230 Checklist for IR5 (Petition for My Mother)

What supporting documents goes with the DS-230 for IR5 petition to my mom? Would you guys please help me?

I saw a lot of DS-230 checklist online but a lot of them are for spouse & fiancee...

My mom is in the Philippines does NBI clearance good enough? or does she still need a police clearance?

Please help!

I-130 Petition for my Mother

05/28/2010 - Mailed I-130 to USCIS

06/16/2010 - Received NOA1

11/05/2010 - Received NOA2, I-130 Approved!

11/24/2010 - Received DS-3032 & I-864 Bill from NVC.

12/05/2010 - Paid $88 online Affidavit of Support fee.

12/05/2010 - Send DS-3032 via E-mail

12/07/2010 - Mailed DS-3032 Hardcopy

12/08/2010 - AOS Bill status "PAID"

12/13/2010 - Received email from NVC DS-3032 Agent of Choice accepted.

12/14/2010 - Mailed AOS I-864 Package

12/15/2010 - NVC Received my AOS Package.

12/18/2010 - IV Bill received via email.

01/16/2011 - Paid IV Fee $404

02/04/2011 - Mailed DS-230 Package

03/03/2011 - Received email from NVC asking for more documentation

03/07/2011 - Additional document was sent

03/25/2011 - NVC Case Complete. Interview schedule: May 5, 2011

04/28/2011 - First day Medical Examination at SLMEC

04/29/2011 - Second day Medical Examination at SLMEC

together with:

1. Her original birth certificte

2. Her original marriage contract

3. Original death certificate of husband (if widow)

4. NBI Clearance

5. 2 photographs

6. Biographic copy of her passport

I think that's about it. If I miss something, I know there will be other people who can fill that for me.

and one more thing, if she stayed in other country for six months or so, she needs to provide the orignal Police Clearance from that country.

Marriage certificate is not needed if you only petitioning your Mom.

Timeline

Marriage certificate is not needed if you only petitioning your Mom.

I know it's not "listed" but there was a person here on VJ where she got an RFE because of her mom's marriage contract. I guess because the name of her mother is different on her birth certificiiate.

So I guess it's not bad to have one. Just in case.

You also need to attached your NSO copy of birth certificate, original marriage contract and copy of your Naturalization certificate. I got an RFE because I only send the copy of my BC and MC on the DS-230.

04-27-10 Filed I-130.

10-05-10 Received NOA2

10-19-10 NVC issued case #MNLXXXXXXXXXX

12-30-10 Case complete

02-04-11 Interview @ 6:30am

You also need to attached your NSO copy of birth certificate, original marriage contract and copy of your Naturalization certificate. I got an RFE because I only send the copy of my BC and MC on the DS-230.

So basically we need to submit in originals (except for naturalization) all that we submitted with the I-130, in DS-230? Kinda redundant huh. And then our mom would need to have those orginals with her during the interview, right? So, it's better to get a ton of originals from NSO then. Thanks for the input!
