I have the PRISM address which i got from their site (Taft AVe.) and CFO (quirino ave) but i need a more specific description of the place and landmark so I could tell the taxi driver. And does IR visa holder needsthe prism seminar? is it the same with pre-departure seminar. thanks!

hi. you may want to visit this link

http://www.cfo.gov.ph/images/stories/mapmanila.jpg

ahm....where will you come from anyways?

the CFO main addressi n quirino is easy to find, if you will come from south just instruct the taxi driver to take the south super highway road (through the osmeña highway) going to manila, at the end of the SSH you will see the last traffic light and an intersection where you will see billboards, tell him to turn left and at in the corner you will see only one big building in orange, its the CFO office.

While the CFO PRISM office, i'm not sure of the exact location but i think it's best if you instruct the driver it's just along vito cruz LRT Station stretching the De La Salle University, do not go beyond the location of the university, i'm sure it's just fronting the said school.

I think yes, the IR visa needs the cfo seminar and the sticker too. You better call them to be sure though. Good luck!

PRISM is right across the street from De La Salle University, in the BDO building. Once you're done with the seminar, everyone else there will be going to CFO also, the taxi drivers out front are very familiar with where you need to go from there (CFO). The people that work in PRISM can also tell you how to get there by jeepney, bus, etc.

Seminar and sticker in the same building. No need to travel to another location to obtain the sticker after the seminar.
