12/20/2010 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lock Box via USPS Express Mail

12/22/2010 - Delivered (online tracking confirmation)

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.

02/16/2011 - Touched

05/26/2011 - NOA2 155 days after NOA1!

05/31/2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. No text or email notification.

NVC (21 Days)

06/10/2011 - NVC Received

06/14/2011 - NVC Case & IIN Numbers Received

06/14/2011 - DS3032 Sent via Email

06/16/2011 - AOS bill generated and paid

06/17/2011 - DS3032 Accepted

06/20/2011 - AOS shows as PAID

06/20/2011 - IV bill generated

06/22/2011 - IV bill paid

06/22/2011 - AOS package sent

06/24/2011 - IV shows as PAID and package sent/AOS package delivered

06/27/2011 - IV package delivered

06/30/2011 - Medical Exam

I recommend against loose items not printed on full sheets of paper. No need for photo paper. Plain paper or color copies of photos will do nicely. Even the passport photos should go in bags staple

"Two Much" should be the title of this thread as it definitely is the theme. Why would you need three originals of anything? You're making this stuff up out of thin air.

Thats what happens when the petitioner is OCD and a worry wart.

Besides my besides my husband has now taken over.

Since its not needed we are going to send overkill documents.. :) Better more than less.. By the time the interview comes we will have the same people who wrote the letters to actually sign them and mail them to us. We are just going to label the pictures and send them in a bag, unless we print them as you did George. Either way the packet will be done today. :) :/

11/17/10: Receipt Date of I-130 petition at Chicago Lockbox

11/19/10: NSO Marriage Cert and Birth Cert (4x each) received by Gina in Philippines

11/19/10: CRBA package couriered to US Embassy in Manila

11/22/10: CRBA package/application including NSO BC & MC received by embassy

11/22/10: NOA1 Date

11/24/10: Electronic notification of receipt received from Chicago Lockbox

11/24/10: Embassy scheduled CRBA appointment for 12/21/2010

11/26/20: Check cashed

11/27/10: NOA1 Hardcopy received via USPS

12/21/10: Interview/Personal appearance at Manila Embassy for CRBA **approved**

01/03/11: CRBA and US Passport for daughter received by Gina via FEDEX

We will be getting about 5 of those 13 affidavits signed today before we send them off, as for the pictures we are going to send some from each visit and the wedding.

Still not sure about the Skype logs and letters/emails though..

3 affidavits are generally enough so having 5 signed should be plenty. (Especially if they are from US citizens.) Notarization is not required.
