You are hopeless. The original post is how rep presidents cause income growth rates to change. I pointed out that the president has very little to do with it and the congress has a lot to do with it. Now you are off on some tangent about rep obstructionism. Try and stay on target, but I guess you can't since you haven't a leg to stand on.

We have traditionally held presidents accountable for such things. You even have been holding Obama's feet to the fire over the high unemployment numbers. While Congress certainly plays a role, it is relevant to look at income growth under Republican vs. Democrat Presidents over the last half century. I'm sure there are some similar studies that compare it based on which party has the majority, however, under the current Congress, a new phenomenon has taken place - obstructionism by the minority party to a level that is incomparable to any other time in Congress.

I have? Where? The lousy economy is congress's fault. Obama has done very little other than read a teleprompter. I blame Reid and Pelosi. Nice attempt at backing away from your original political hatchet job.
