does anyone know if i should worry about my i130 because it has been a long wait. here is my situation i received rfe for wife requesting more evidence on matrimony. i sent my evidence and it arrive at uscis vermont on april 10, 2010. They said it would take about 60 days for a response, after the 60 days i made a inquiry through my congresswoman and they responded saying my case was with an adjudicatimg officer since June 08, 2010 and to try after 60 days. I havnt received any other info about my case and i would think that if something is wrond they shouldve let me know wat they want. Can someone give me a rational opinion on what could happen from here, thankyou

Since it has been 60 days since you last inquired, it's time for another inquiry. Contact USCIS or your congressman again and thell them 60 days have passed and it's time for an answer

Good luck
