Time between email notice of interview and actual interview letter

Got an email notice that the case was sent for a standard interview on 6/12... and have not gotten the actual letter yet. Can some share their experience with the time between the email and getting the actual letter?

The case was also "touched" online on 6/15 and 6/16.

From my searches it seems most interview letters are actually dated a day or two before the email, and arrives about 2-3 days after the email... which is why I'm concerned...

Called the 800 number. The customer service rep basically just repeated what was listed on the website. I asked if the interview letter had been mailed yet and she said "No". Not sure if she really knew what she was doing.

She did create a service request "to get them to generate the interview letter" which was helpful. I also scheduled an InfoPass appointment, but the first available is July 2nd. I figure if I don't get it by then it was surely lost in the mail.

I suspect if it was already scheduled, the interview should be about July 21st...

It was June 12th, the same day as the email. I then got the original letter in the mail a week later with some post office scribbles on it. It was obviously lost for some time.
