just got and email saying my fiance's petition for visa was approved now what happens what do i do we do next i filed on jan 12 so i think thats pretty good on time so far

CSC will forward your petition to NVC and NVC will assign a new case number to your petition. NVC will then send it to the embassy in Philippines.

We just got the email today too!! Congratulations! Yes, they seem to be making pretty good time with the petitions. I found this K1 Visa flowchart on this site and it displays all the steps of the visa process. It should answer some questions about what is coming up next....
