A guy walks up to a girl in a club and says:"Damn, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. I don't want to seem crass but i like to just cut to the chase. I'll give you 1 million dollars if you sleep with me". She looks at him and says "are you fvcking kidding me?" He says "No, this is not a joke. I have a million dollars in cash and I will give it to you if you sleep with me". She contemplates this for a moment and decides..."1 million dollars? Fine. Ok, I'll do it"...then the guy says..."actually...how about 10 dollars instead". She gets furious and says "What the ** do you think I am?" the guy replies "We've already established what you are. We're just negotiating the price".

Moral of the story: A ####### is a #######...regardless of price.

This story is typically attributed to Winston Churchill, and often the lady protagonist in the story is identified as Lady Astor. The Churchill reference might be true, the Lady Astor reference probably not.

E.g.

http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Winston_Churchill

Anecdotal dialogue

Most of these Churchill anecdotes have been widely reported.

Unless sources are specifically provided, no assumptions should be made about the accuracy of these accounts.

Churchill: Madam, would you sleep with me for five million pounds?

Socialite: My goodness, Mr. Churchill... Well, I suppose... we would have to discuss terms, of course...

Churchill: Would you sleep with me for five pounds?

Socialite: Mr. Churchill, what kind of woman do you think I am?!

Churchill: Madam, we've already established that. Now we are haggling about the price.

(This is a very old joke where the participants vary dramatically from each telling. It's very unlikely though not impossible that the joke originated from Churchill.)

The most famous "Churchill/Lady Astor" exchange is this one:

Lady Nancy Astor: If I were your wife I would put poison in your coffee!

Churchill: And if I were your husband I would drink it!

Apparently that one is also falsely attributed to them, and predated them.

Then, there's this gem:

Bessie Braddock: Winston, you are drunk, and what's more, you are disgustingly drunk.

Churchill: Bessie, my dear, you are ugly, and what's more, you are disgustingly ugly. But tomorrow I shall be sober and you will still be disgustingly ugly.
